Ingredients
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 c. oil
- 4 eggs
- 3 c. flour
- 1 jar or can nut filling (Baker's)
- 1 c. chopped nuts
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 large can milk
Method
- Beat all ingredients together in large bowl for 3 minutes. Bake at 350° for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
- Use an angel food pan that the bottom comes out.
- Do not grease pan.
- Leave in pan for 1 hour to cool.
- Loosen edges and remove.
- Can be sliced thin as nut bread or cut slices in quarters as cookies.
