Ingredients

  • 20 ounce. can chunky pineapple (undrained)
  • 2 bananas, sliced
  • 1 c. green seedless grapes halved
  • 10 ounce. jar maraschino cherries (liquid removed)
  • 11 ounce. can mandarin orange sections (undrained)
  • 16 ounce. can peach slices (undrained)
  • 1 c. shredded coconut
  • Sm. pkg. instant lemon pudding
  • 8 ounce. container frzn whipped topping

Method

  • In a large bowl combine fruits and coconut.
  • Sprinkle pudding mix into fruit mix stirring slowly.
  • Let stand 5 min (mix will thicken).
  • Mix in whipped topping, pour into serving bowl, cover and cold about 4 hour.
  • (20-1/2 c. servings).
  • 160 calories per 1/2 c. serving.
