- 2 lb. frozen hash browns, thawed
- 8 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 (16 oz.) sour cream
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 onion, diced
- garlic salt and pepper to taste
- 2 c. crushed corn flakes
- 1 stick oleo
Method
- Mix all together and put in large casserole dish.
- Sprinkle the corn flakes on top and cut oleo on top.
