Ingredients
- 1 stick margarine
- 4 eggs
- 1 c. flour
- 8 oz. (5 1/4 oz. box) vanilla instant pudding
- 1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip
- 1 small can chocolate syrup
Method
- Combine 1 cup water and margarine.
- Bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat.
- Stir in flour.
- Remove from burner.
- Cool 5 minutes.
- Add eggs (one at a time), beating well after each.
- Spread in lightly greased 9 x 13-inch glass loaf pan.
- Bake for 30 minutes at 400°. Mix pudding according to instructions on box.
- Add softened cream cheese.
- Beat with whisk (don't be concerned about small lumps). Pour pudding mixture into cooled shell.
- Top with Cool Whip. Drizzle chocolate syrup on top in circular motion.
- (May substitute with shaved Hershey chocolate bar.) Refrigerate.
