Ingredients
- 1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, cooked and drained
- 1 small onion, minced
- 3 c. chicken broth
- 1 tsp. salt
- 4 Tbsp. butter
- 2 c. milk
- 2 to 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
Method
- Saute onion in butter until tender.
- Add broth, broccoli and salt.
- Cook

- 30 minutes on low heat.
- Add milk, stirring constantly.
- Add

- water to cornstarch and make a thick paste.
- Gradually add this to soup while stirring until soup thickens.
