Ingredients
- 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
- 1 c. sour cream
- 8 oz. Cool Whip
- canned pie filling (strawberry or cherry)
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 (9-inch) graham cracker crust
Method
- Beat cream cheese smooth and add sugar.
- Blend in sour cream and vanilla.
- Add Cool Whip.
- Pour into crust and top with canned pie filling.
- Chill in the refrigerator for several hours before serving.
