Ingredients
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1/4 c. butter, melted
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 pkg. Hungry Jack buttermilk biscuits
- 1/4 tsp. vanilla
- 1/4 tsp. almond extract
Method
- Melt butter in custard cup.
- Add vanilla.
- Mix in another bowl sugar, cinnamon and almond extract.
- Cut cheese into 10 cubes. Flatten biscuits into 3-inch circles.
- Dip a cheese cube into butter and roll in sugar mixture.
- Place in center of biscuit. Pull edges together and seal to form a mushroom shape.
- Holding sealed edges, dip top of roll into butter then sugar.
- Place roll, sealed side down, in muffin tin.
- Bake at 375° for 12 minutes. Remove immediately.
