Ingredients
- 1 lb. crawfish tails, peeled
- 1 bunch green onions
- 1/2 stick butter
- 2 c. cream
- 8 oz. pkg. pasta, cooked
- 1/2 tsp. each: oregano, thyme, garlic powder and onion powder
- 1 Tbsp. each: paprika and Paul Prudhomme seafood magic
Method
- Saute the green onions in butter until soft.
- Add cream and seasonings.
- Bring to a boil and let simmer 5 to 8 minutes or until thickened.
- Add crawfish tails and simmer over low heat for 5 minutes.
- Add cooked pasta and heat through.
