Ingredients
- 2 bags Fresh Cranberries (12 Ounces Each)
- 16 ounces, fluid Pomegranate Juice
- 12 ounces, fluid Orange Juice
- 2 cups Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
- 1 whole Orange, Zest Only
Method
- Combine all ingredients in a large pot over medium heat. Bring to a rolling boil, then reduce heat and cook for about 25 minutes. Sauce will appear somewhat thin but thickens beautifully as it is chilled. Chill one to two hours or overnight. Hope you like it!
