Ingredients

  • 6 big carrots
  • 1 tomato
  • 50 grams ginger
  • 1/4 red pepper
  • 1 mint (dry or fresh)
  • 1/2 white onion
  • 300 grams spinach
  • 5 tbsp flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 200 grams cheese
  • 1 salt, pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 powder garlic

Method

  • Grate the carrots, the onion, the pepper and the ginger.
  • Strain them and let them rest to leave the water.
  • In boil water boil the spinach for 5 minutes.
  • Strain it to leavethe water.
  • In a big bowl add the veetables, the eggs, the spices/herbs, the cheese
  • Mix them and make balls.
  • Then add them bread crumbles (cover them totally)
  • Fry them in hot flower oil until they will be golden brown.
  • Make a sauce of yugurt with mint, mayonesse and garlic
  • is a nice recipe for kids cause they cannotn"see the vegetables".
  • if you like chopped fine the spinach.
  • The carrots are sweet and the kids love them.
  • You can add salmon, with fish, minced meat, or smashed boiled beans
