- 4 (3 oz.) pkg. red raspberry gelatin
- 2 c. boiling water
- 1/2 c. cold water
- 2 c. fresh cranberries (ground)
- 2 oranges, unpeeled, seeded and ground
- 2 apples, unpeeled, cored and ground
- 1 (15 1/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple with liquid
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. chopped pecans
Method
- Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
- Add cold water and chill until consistency of unbeaten egg white.
- Combine next 6 ingredients and mix well.
- Fold fruit into gelatin mixture.
- Place in 10 cup mold pan or a 3-quart Pyrex baking dish.
- Yields 18 to 20 servings.
