Ingredients

  • 4 (3 oz.) pkg. red raspberry gelatin
  • 2 c. boiling water
  • 1/2 c. cold water
  • 2 c. fresh cranberries (ground)
  • 2 oranges, unpeeled, seeded and ground
  • 2 apples, unpeeled, cored and ground
  • 1 (15 1/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple with liquid
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 c. chopped pecans

Method

  • Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
  • Add cold water and chill until consistency of unbeaten egg white.
  • Combine next 6 ingredients and mix well.
  • Fold fruit into gelatin mixture.
  • Place in 10 cup mold pan or a 3-quart Pyrex baking dish.
  • Yields 18 to 20 servings.
