Ingredients
- 3 c. flour
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 c. orange juice
- 1/2 c. butter, melted
- 2 eggs, well beaten
- 1 1/4 c. coarsely chopped cranberries
- 1/2 c. chopped nuts
Method
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Grease a large loaf pan.
- Mix all dry ingredients together. Combine the orange juice, butter and eggs together and mix with dry ingredients, mixing just until moistened. Stir in cranberries and nuts.
- Place mixture into greased pan and bake for 65 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center of pan comes out clean. Cool 5 minutes. Remove from pan and cool on wire rack.
