- 2 1/2 c boiling water
- 3 sm pkg cherry jello
- 2 3/4 c cranberry juice
- 1 can whole berry cranberry sauce
- 2 apples diced fine
- 2 sticks celery diced fine
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 4 tbsp sugar
- 8 oz cool whip
Method
- Combine water and jello.
- Let cool and thicken a little.
- Add cranberry sauce, apples, and celery.
- Beat sugar and cheese until well blended.
- Stir in whipped topping.
- Put in bottom of dish. Spoon jello mixture on top of cool whip mixture and chill until set.
