Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 c boiling water
  • 3 sm pkg cherry jello
  • 2 3/4 c cranberry juice
  • 1 can whole berry cranberry sauce
  • 2 apples diced fine
  • 2 sticks celery diced fine
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 4 tbsp sugar
  • 8 oz cool whip

Method

  • Combine water and jello.
  • Let cool and thicken a little.
  • Add cranberry sauce, apples, and celery.
  • Beat sugar and cheese until well blended.
  • Stir in whipped topping.
  • Put in bottom of dish. Spoon jello mixture on top of cool whip mixture and chill until set.
