Ingredients
- 1/2 stick oleo
- 6 to 8 chicken thighs, cooked, deboned and cut (leftover turkey is good, too)
- 1 pkg. Stove Top mix (cornbread type)
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can chicken broth
Method
- Melt butter.
- Layer meat and dressing mix in casserole. Mix soup, broth and herbs.
- Pour
- over meat and cook for 35 to 40 minutes at 350°.
