Ingredients
- 1 cube Margarine, Melted
- 1/2 cups Flour
- 1 cup Quick Cooking Rolled Oats
- 1 cup Packed Brown Sugar
- 14 ounces, weight Cranberry Sauce
Method
- Preheat oven to 375F.
- Mix all ingredients (except cranberry sauce) until crumbly. Press half of the mixture into the bottom of an 8x8 pan.
- Whip cranberry sauce with a whisk and spread over the bottom crust. Sprinkle the remaining oat topping over the cranberry sauce.
- Bake for 45 minutes. You may serve this warm or cooled with a dollop of Cool Whip.
