Ingredients

  • 3 c. peeled, chopped apples
  • 2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
  • 3 pkg. instant oatmeal (sugar and spice)
  • 1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
  • 2 c. fresh cranberries
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 3/4 c. chopped pecans
  • 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 c. melted butter

Method

  • Combine apples, cranberries and 2 tablespoons flour. Toss to coat fruit. Add sugar; mix well.
  • Place in 2-quart casserole dish. Combine oatmeal, pecans, brown sugar and 1/2 cup flour.
  • Add melted butter and stir well. Spoon over mixture.
  • Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 45 minutes. Garnish with pecans and cranberries. Serves 6 to 8.
