Ingredients

  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped broccoli
  • 1 1/2 lb. ground meat
  • 1 large onion
  • 1/2 c. chopped green onions
  • 1 rib celery
  • 1/4 c. bell pepper
  • 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
  • 1 (3 oz.) cream cheese
  • 2 (9-inch) crusts
  • 2 (4 oz.) Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 can mushroom soup

Method

  • Cook broccoli as directed; drain. Saute meat, onions, celery and bell pepper. Add soup, mushrooms and cream cheese. Add broccoli to meat mixture. Mix well. Salt and pepper to taste. Bake pie crusts. Add half of mixture to each crust. Top with Mozzarella cheese and bread crumbs. Bake for 20 minutes at 350°.
