Ingredients
- 2 gal. popped corn
- 2 c. brown sugar
- 2 sticks butter
- 1/2 c. white Karo syrup
- 1/2 tsp. soda
- 1 pkg. peanuts
Method
- In large kettle, melt butter, sugar and syrup.
- Boil for 1 minute.
- Remove from heat; add 1/2 teaspoon soda and package of peanuts.
- Place corn in large baking pan, pour and stir syrup over corn until coated on all pieces.
- Bake at 225° for 1 hour.
- Stir every 15 minutes.
- Cool and put in Ziploc bags.
