Ingredients
- 1 lb. lump crabmeat
- 2 eggs, boiled
- 2 ribs celery
- 4 to 5 small green onions
- 1/2 bottle capers, or to taste
- 1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- Italian dressing to taste
- salt to taste
- Tabasco to taste
Method
- To the crabmeat, add the eggs, celery and green onions (chopped very fine).
- Add the rest of the ingredients.
- Have the crabmeat only moist enough to be served on Melba toast rounds. Best when made a bit "spicy."
