- 1 lb. crabmeat
- 1 tablespoon prepared mustard
- salt to taste
- 2 teaspoon old bay seasoning
- 28 oz. can diced tomatoes
- 6 potatoes diced
- 2 cups whole kernel, corn
- 2 carrot diced
- 1 cup lima beans
- 1 cup green beans
- 2 ribs celery, diced
- 1/2 cup chopped parsley
Method
- Cover crabmeat with water.
- Combine mustard, salt and seasoning. Add to crabmeat.
- Simmer 30 minutes.
- Stir in remaining ingredients.
- Simmer until vegetables are tender.
- Add additional old bay seasoning if desired.
