Ingredients

  • 1 lb. crabmeat
  • 1 tablespoon prepared mustard
  • salt to taste
  • 2 teaspoon old bay seasoning
  • 28 oz. can diced tomatoes
  • 6 potatoes diced
  • 2 cups whole kernel, corn
  • 2 carrot diced
  • 1 cup lima beans
  • 1 cup green beans
  • 2 ribs celery, diced
  • 1/2 cup chopped parsley

Method

  • Cover crabmeat with water.
  • Combine mustard, salt and seasoning. Add to crabmeat.
  • Simmer 30 minutes.
  • Stir in remaining ingredients.
  • Simmer until vegetables are tender.
  • Add additional old bay seasoning if desired.
