Ingredients
- 2 pkg. carrots
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. salad oil
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 large onion
- 1 green pepper
- 3/4 c. vinegar
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
Method
- Slice carrots and cook until barely done.
- Slice onion thin and dice pepper.
- Mix all ingredients together and pour over carrots.
- Better if made night before to marinate.
