Ingredients
- 1 lb. crabmeat
- 6 Tbsp. sweet butter
- 3 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- 1 tsp. tarragon
- salt and pepper to taste
- 3 eggs
- 3 egg yolks
- 2 c. heavy cream
- dash of nutmeg
- 4 oz. Swiss cheese, grated
- 1 prepared pie crust
Method
- Fit pie crust into a 10 or 11-inch quiche or pie pan.
- Prick bottom of shell and chill while preparing quiche filling.
