Ingredients
- 8 oz. crabmeat or imitation crab flakes
- 1/2 c. chopped green onions
- 1 jalapeno pepper, chopped
- salsa
- 8 oz. Monterey Jack or Cheddar cheese
- 4 oz. can green chiles
- 10 flour or corn tortillas (7 to 8-inch)
- sour cream
Method
- Preheat oven to 450°.
- Mix crab, cheese, onions, chiles and jalapeno.
- Place 5 tortillas in a single layer on 2 large baking sheets.
- Cover with crab mixture; top with remaining tortillas. Bake 7 to 9 minutes, until cheese is melted and tortillas are lightly browned.
- Cut in wedges.
- Serve hot with salsa and sour cream.
