Ingredients

  • 8 oz. crabmeat or imitation crab flakes
  • 1/2 c. chopped green onions
  • 1 jalapeno pepper, chopped
  • salsa
  • 8 oz. Monterey Jack or Cheddar cheese
  • 4 oz. can green chiles
  • 10 flour or corn tortillas (7 to 8-inch)
  • sour cream

Method

  • Preheat oven to 450°.
  • Mix crab, cheese, onions, chiles and jalapeno.
  • Place 5 tortillas in a single layer on 2 large baking sheets.
  • Cover with crab mixture; top with remaining tortillas. Bake 7 to 9 minutes, until cheese is melted and tortillas are lightly browned.
  • Cut in wedges.
  • Serve hot with salsa and sour cream.
