Ingredients
- 1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple
- 3 (3 oz.) pkg. lime jello
- 1 pt. vanilla ice cream
- 1 pt. sour cream
Method
- Drain pineapple and save juice.
- Add water to juice to make 3 1/2 cups.
- Bring to a boil.
- Remove from heat and add jello. Cool.
- Let ice cream stand 15 minutes.
