Ingredients
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 Tbsp. clear gelatin
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1 c. finely chopped celery
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 can crab meat or shrimp
- 1 small onion, chopped
Method
- Heat mushroom soup (don't add water).
- Add gelatin.
- Cool. Soften cream cheese.
- Add to soup mixture.
- Add onion, celery, mayonnaise and crab meat.
- Pour into mold.
- Let set overnight. Serve on crackers.
