Ingredients
- 1 lb. crab meat
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 2 eggs, well beaten
- 1 Tbsp. grated onion (or chopped fine)
- 1 tsp. prepared mustard
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- bread crumbs for topping
Method
- Mix all ingredients but bread crumbs together, making sure to beat eggs well.
- This makes the crab dish light and fluffy.
- Top with bread crumbs.
- Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes.
