Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. crabmeat
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 to 3 dashes Tabasco
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp. minced onion
  • 1 tsp. chopped chives
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp. creamed horseradish

Method

  • Marinate crabmeat in lemon juice, Tabasco and Worcestershire. Blend cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
  • Add salt and beat in mayonnaise.
  • Add onions, chives and garlic.
  • Fold in crabmeat. Add horseradish.
  • Serve with potato chips or crackers.
