- 1/2 c. crabmeat
- juice of 1 lemon
- 2 to 3 dashes Tabasco
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp. minced onion
- 1 tsp. chopped chives
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp. creamed horseradish
Method
- Marinate crabmeat in lemon juice, Tabasco and Worcestershire. Blend cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
- Add salt and beat in mayonnaise.
- Add onions, chives and garlic.
- Fold in crabmeat. Add horseradish.
- Serve with potato chips or crackers.
