Ingredients
- 1/2 stick margarine
- 3 Tbsp. flour (plain)
- 3 c. milk
- 1 c. crushed saltine crackers
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. celery seed (I use about 2 tsp.)
- 2 tsp. dried parsley
- Texas Pete to your taste
- 1 tsp. dried mustard
- 1 lb. crabmeat
- mayonnaise
Method
- Combine first 3 ingredients and stir well, then cook until thick, stirring often.
- Next, add spices.
- Cool, add crackers and crabmeat.
