Ingredients
- 2 c. self rising flour
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 c. milk
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 c. finely chopped, fully cooked ham
- 1/2 c. cheddar cheese, shredded
Method
- Combine flour and baking soda in a large bowl.
- Combine milk and mayonnaise; stir in ham and cheese.
- Add this mixture to dry ingredients and stir just until moistened.
- Fill greased or paper lined muffin cups 2/3 full.
- Bake at 425° for 16 to 18 minutes. Yields 1 dozen.
