Ingredients

  • 2 c. self rising flour
  • 1/2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c. finely chopped, fully cooked ham
  • 1/2 c. cheddar cheese, shredded

Method

  • Combine flour and baking soda in a large bowl.
  • Combine milk and mayonnaise; stir in ham and cheese.
  • Add this mixture to dry ingredients and stir just until moistened.
  • Fill greased or paper lined muffin cups 2/3 full.
  • Bake at 425° for 16 to 18 minutes. Yields 1 dozen.
