Ingredients
- 12 eggs
- 2 c. milk
- 2 Tbsp. mustard
- 6 slices bread
- 4 c. cheese (2 c. Cheddar and 2 c. American)
- 1 lb. bulk sausage
Method
- Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Pan-fry sausage and drain.
- Beat eggs, milk and mustard together.
- Pour egg mixture over bread. Add sausage and grated cheese.
- Let set for 30 minutes.
- Press sausage and cheese into liquid.
- Cover and refrigerate.
- Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
- You may also add onions, chopped ham, mushrooms and green peppers.
