  • 1 cup Butter
  • 1/2 cups Granulated Sugar
  • 1 cup Packed Brown Sugar
  • 2 whole Eggs
  • 2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
  • 1-1/4 cup All-purpose Flour
  • 2 teaspoons Ground Cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoons Baking Soda
  • 3 cups Oats
  • 1/4 cups Pecans
  • 1/4 cups Raisins
  • 1/4 cups Secret Ingredient (Heath Toffee Bits)

Method

  • Preheat oven to 350F.
  • Cream together your butter, white and brown sugar. Incorporate eggs one at a time until smooth and creamy. Then add vanilla.

  • Line two cookie sheets with a Silpat or a piece of parchment paper. Spoon cookie batter onto lined cookie sheet (about 3 Tablespoons for each cookie) placing each cookie about 2 inches apart from each other.
  • Bake for 15 minutes. Allow to cool on cookie sheet for about 2 minutes, then transfer to a cooling rack.
  • Yields approximately 2 dozen cookies.
