Ingredients
- 2 lb. Crab Meat
- 2 Eggs (beaten)
- 1/4 c. Cracker Crumbs (rolled fine)
- 1 Tbsp. Onion (chopped fine)
- 1 Tbsp. Mustard
- Worcestershire Sauce to taste
- 2 Tbsp. Margarine
- 1 tsp. Lemon Juice
- Salt & Pepper and Seafood Seasoning to taste
Method
- Mix together. Make into patties and fry on low heat until lightly browned.
