- 1 lb. crab meat, flaked and picked over, or 1 1/2 lb. salmon, cod or other fish (3 c.)
- 1 c. fresh bread
- 1/4 c. minced green onions
- 3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 1 large egg, beaten
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 c. unflavored dry breadcrumbs
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
Method
- Combine all except last 2 ingredients.
- Spread dry breadcrumbs on waxed paper.
- Shape mixture into 3-inch patties; cook 2 or 3 minutes per side.
