Ingredients
- 1 lb. hamburger
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 (14 1/2 oz.) can whole tomatoes
- 1 (17 oz.) can cream-style corn
- 1 (16 oz.) can mixed vegetables
- 1 (10 oz.) can Ro-Tel tomatoes
Method
- Brown hamburger and onions.
- Drain well.
- In large pan, combine tomatoes, rice, corn, mixed vegetables and Ro-Tel tomatoes.
- Bring to boil, stirring frequently, to prevent sticking.
- Add hamburger mixture; reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
- May be frozen.
