Ingredients

  • 1 cup dry cuscus
  • 1 Onion
  • 1/2 of a Summer Sausage
  • Oregano
  • Pepper
  • Salt
  • 1 Can of Corn
  • Curry
  • 8 Parsley stems+leaves
  • 8-9 eggs
  • 2 tbps butter

Method

  • Add 1 cup of water and 2 tbsps of butter to a medium pot.
  • Boil.
  • Then take of the heat and add 1 cup of cuscus.
  • Stir for a minute or so.
  • Then set aside.
  • Crack all the eggs open and put in a medium bowl.
  • Add about 1/2 a tbsp of curry ands.
  • Whisk the eggs until all the yolks are broken up.
  • Heat up a pan and pour the egg mixture in the oan.
  • Used a spatula and make scrambled eggs.
  • For the end product to come out right they have to scrambled very well.
  • Cut up the Summer Sausage into small bits.
  • Cut up the Onion into small bits.
  • Then open and drain the can of corn.
  • Add the sausage ,onion, and corn to the scrambled eggs.
  • Mix the eggs, sausage ,onion, and corn in the pan with the fire on low.
  • Then add 1/4 tbsp of oregano, pepper, salt, and curry.
  • Cut up the parsely and sprinkel on top of the sausage ,onion, and corn to the scrambled eggs.
  • Mix again.
  • Put the mixture in the pan into a large bowl.
  • Add the cuscus on top.
  • Mix before you serve.
