Ingredients
- 1 cup dry cuscus
- 1 Onion
- 1/2 of a Summer Sausage
- Oregano
- Pepper
- Salt
- 1 Can of Corn
- Curry
- 8 Parsley stems+leaves
- 8-9 eggs
- 2 tbps butter
Method
- Add 1 cup of water and 2 tbsps of butter to a medium pot.
- Boil.
- Then take of the heat and add 1 cup of cuscus.
- Stir for a minute or so.
- Then set aside.
- Crack all the eggs open and put in a medium bowl.
- Add about 1/2 a tbsp of curry ands.
- Whisk the eggs until all the yolks are broken up.
- Heat up a pan and pour the egg mixture in the oan.
- Used a spatula and make scrambled eggs.
- For the end product to come out right they have to scrambled very well.
- Cut up the Summer Sausage into small bits.
- Cut up the Onion into small bits.
- Then open and drain the can of corn.
- Add the sausage ,onion, and corn to the scrambled eggs.
- Mix the eggs, sausage ,onion, and corn in the pan with the fire on low.
- Then add 1/4 tbsp of oregano, pepper, salt, and curry.
- Cut up the parsely and sprinkel on top of the sausage ,onion, and corn to the scrambled eggs.
- Mix again.
- Put the mixture in the pan into a large bowl.
- Add the cuscus on top.
- Mix before you serve.
