Ingredients
- 1 box raisins
- 3 to 4 Tbsp. flour
- pinch of salt
- 2 pie shells
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- water
Method
- Empty box of raisins in pan.
- Cover with water and boil raisins until tender.
- Place sugar, flour, vanilla and salt in bowl.
- Add enough water to make paste.
- Add the paste mixture to the tender raisins and bring mixture to a boil, stirring occasionally.
- Pour mixture into two uncooked pie shells; add a top crust and place in oven.
- Cook until top crust is golden brown.
