- 1 large round steak
- onion

Method
- Cut steak into strips and roll in flour; brown all sides.
- Add onion and green pepper.
- Salt and pepper.
- Add water and simmer on medium heat until tender, about 1 hour.
- Take 2 to 3 tablespoons of cornstarch and water and make slightly thick paste.
- Add to steak to make gravy.
- Add water if necessary.
