Ingredients
- 6 pork chops
- 1 c. tomato soup
- 3 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. chili powder
- 4 Tbsp. minced onion
- 3/4 c. water
- 1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
Method
- Season pork chops with salt and pepper; dust with flour.
- Sear on both sides until browned.
- Reduce heat and cook for 30 minutes or until tender.
- Combine 1 teaspoon salt and remaining ingredients; heat to boiling.
- Pour over chops.
