Ingredients
- 1 1/3 pkg. (rolls) Ritz crackers, crushed
- 1/2 stick oleo
- 1 pkg. pistachio pudding
- 3/4 c. milk
- 4 c. cherry vanilla ice cream
- 6 oz. Cool Whip
- maraschino cherries, if desired
Method
- Roll out crackers. Save 4 tablespoons for topping.
- Mix together with melted oleo and press into 10-inch pie dish.
- Beat together pudding and milk.
- Add ice cream and Cool Whip.
- Beat until mixed well.
- Pour over crust.
- Garnish with cherries, if desired.
