Ingredients

  • 1 Jar 8 oz. Processed Cheese Spread
  • 3/4 Cup Milk
  • 2 Cups (12 oz.) Roast Beef, cubed, cooked
  • 1 Bag (16 oz.) Frozen Vegetables (broc., corn, red pepper), thawed and drained
  • 4 Cups Frozen Hash Browns, thawed
  • 1 Can (28 oz.) French's French Fried Onions
  • 1/2 Tsp. Seasoned Salt
  • 1/2 Tsp. Ground Black Pepper
  • 1/2 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Method

  • Spoon cheese spread into 9x12 pan and place in oven until cheese melts.
  • Stir in milk until well blended.
  • Stir in beef, vegetables, hash browns, 1/2 can french fried onions and seasonings.
