- 1 Jar 8 oz. Processed Cheese Spread
- 3/4 Cup Milk
- 2 Cups (12 oz.) Roast Beef, cubed, cooked
- 1 Bag (16 oz.) Frozen Vegetables (broc., corn, red pepper), thawed and drained
- 4 Cups Frozen Hash Browns, thawed
- 1 Can (28 oz.) French's French Fried Onions
- 1/2 Tsp. Seasoned Salt
- 1/2 Tsp. Ground Black Pepper
- 1/2 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Method
- Spoon cheese spread into 9x12 pan and place in oven until cheese melts.
- Stir in milk until well blended.
- Stir in beef, vegetables, hash browns, 1/2 can french fried onions and seasonings.
