Ingredients
- 12 large potatoes
- 1/2 lb. cheese
- 1 small pimiento
- 1 large onion
- 1 slice bread
- salt
- 1 green pepper
- milk
- 1 c. butter
- corn flakes
Method
- Cook potatoes in skins; cool and peel.
- Cut potatoes into small pieces; mix potatoes, cheese, pimiento, onion, pepper and bread well.
- Add butter, then milk, just so you can see.
- Sprinkle with crushed corn flakes and bake at 300° to 350° for 1 hour.
- Serves 11 to 12.
