Ingredients
- 32 oz. pkg. shredded hash browns, thawed
- 2 cans potato soup
- 16 oz. carton sour cream
- 2 c. sharp shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 c. Parmesan cheese
- sauteed onion to taste
Method
- Mix all ingredients.
- Bake in a greased 9 x 13-inch dish for 1 hour or until golden brown at 350°.
