Ingredients
- 1 pkg. lemon jello
- 1 c. boiling water
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1 c. drained, crushed pineapple
- 2 c. cottage cheese
- 2 Tbsp. horseradish
Method
- Mix jello and boiling water together and chill, just until it starts to jell.
- Add mayonnaise, pineapple, cottage cheese and horseradish; mix.
- Turn into a mold; let set.
- Serve on lettuce.
