Ingredients
- 7 c. popped corn
- 3 c. miniature marshmallows
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- a few drops red food coloring
Method
- In the bottom part of double boiler, heat about 1-inch of water to boiling.
- Place the top part into bottom and put all ingredients except popcorn into pan.
- Tint the syrup with a few drops of red food coloring.
- Pour the melted marshmallow mixture over popped corn and shape quickly into balls with well-greased hands.
- Yields 10 medium balls.
