Ingredients

  • 2 c. sifted flour
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 2/3 c. Thousand Island salad dressing
  • 1/3 c. milk
  • 1 (12 oz.) can corned beef, flaked
  • 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 3/4 c. sour cream
  • 1/2 tsp. dry mustard

Method

  • Mix flour and baking powder in bowl.
  • Add salad dressing and milk; mix until mixture forms ball.
  • Press into 14-inch pizza pan. Sprinkle with corned beef.
  • Mix cheese, sour cream and dry mustard in bowl.
  • Spread over corned beef.
  • Bake at 425° for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Yield: 6 servings.
