Ingredients
- 1 c. boiling water
- 3 oz. lemon jello
- 1 can corned beef, chopped fine
- 1/2 c. onion, chopped fine
- 1/2 c. bell pepper, chopped fine
- 1/2 c. celery, chopped fine
- 3/4 c. mayonnaise
Method
- Dissolve jello in boiling water.
- Add all other ingredients. Pour in salad mold.
- Refrigerate until firm.
- Unmold. Garnish. Serve with crackers.
