Ingredients
- 1 1/4 c. self-rising corn meal
- 3/4 c. self-rising flour
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 c. milk
- 1/4 c. oil
Method
- Combine corn meal, flour and sugar; then add egg, milk and oil.
- Beat with spoon until smooth.
- Bake in 8-inch square baking pan at 425° for 20 to 25 minutes.
