Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. self-rising cornmeal
- 1 c. buttermilk
- 1 egg
- 1 Tbsp. self-rising flour
- 1 tsp. sugar
Method
- Preheat oven to 425°.
- Grease and sprinkle cornmeal in an 8-inch baking pan or skillet.
- Combine all ingredients in bowl, mixing well. Pour into pan or skillet and bake 25 to 30 minutes until golden brown.
