Ingredients
- 1 (16 oz.) can whole corn
- 1 (16 oz.) can creamed corn
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 pkg. golden corn muffin mix
- 1 (8 oz.) sour cream
Method
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine both cans of corn and muffin mix.
- Melt margarine and add with sour cream to mixture.
- Mix well.
- Pour into casserole dish and bake at 350 for exactly 1 hour.
