Ingredients
- 2 cans Mexicorn
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 can green chilies
- 2 jalapeno peppers
- garlic salt
- Cheddar cheese
Method
- Drain corn; chop peppers (cut seeds out if desired).
- Add mayo, sour cream and chilies.
- Add garlic salt to taste.
- Stir. Add grated Cheddar cheese (enough to thicken).
- Stir, then chill for 2 hours before serving.
